Very cool way to keep tabs on the workouts I can do quickly at home. Love it. One critique is I wish the "four-pack" I bought was more integrated with each other.

Great training program and the reminders are extremely helpful when I get too busy with other things.

So easy to use! Keeps me in shape and it always makes you feel even better when you are done with the quotes at end of each work out!
